Don’t Be a Chicken SandwichBlend till smooth:
- 2 C soaked garbanzos
- 1 ½ C water
- 2 TB Braggs Liquid Aminos
- 4 TB McKay’s Chicken Style Seasoning
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 ½ C instant flour
After baking, let cool. This will make a fair sized loaf. Slice off amount you will need and put in food processor until chunky. (you can freeze the rest of the loaf).
FINELY dice celery, onion, and dill pickles and mix to the processed “chicken”. Add generous amount of Veganaise to make the sandwich spread. Serve on yummy whole grain buns! - Makes about 24 sandwiches using small buns.
